In 2017 the Principals of Langley Investment Properties launched a new venture – L&L Investment Partners (“L&L’”).  Based in Portland, Oregon, L&L Investment Partners (a WMOB) is the exclusive market manager to Belay Investment Group (CalSTRS Fund II).  The firm seeks value-add and opportunistic real estate investments across all product types, creating value in places that compliment the fabric of the community.

Langley Investment Properties (“LIP”) was founded in 2011 by Scott Langley through the acquisition of Ashforth Pacific’s leasing, property and construction management platform.   The institutional quality portfolio spanned Seattle, Portland, and San Francisco comprising 3 million square feet of Class A office assets.  In 2016, Langley Investment Properties sold its operating platform to and Scott Langley joined the Board of Urban Renaissance Group (URG).  Today Langley Investment Properties is an active investor in Seattle, Portland, and Denver and an affiliate of L&L Investment Partners.

Prior to founding Langley Investment Properties in 2011, Scott was the President and CEO of its predecessor company, Ashforth Pacific. Scott previously served as Senior Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield responsible for institutional markets and The Boeing Company relationship. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance from University of Oregon.

Prior to joining the Langley Investment Properties in 2011, Ms. Langley was based in Los Angeles and held positions at Secured Capital, Eastdil Secured, and Jones Lang LaSalle, specializing in real estate debt and equity transactions on a national platform. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Loyola Marymount University.
