About Us

Since its founding in 2011, Langley Investment Properties has achieved strong results for investors by adhering to our philosophy: To strategically acquire, reposition, and develop best-in-class urban properties, creating attractive investment opportunities that enhance the fabric of the community. Our Firm is evolving, but this successful philosophy will not change.

In 2016, Langley Investment Properties sold its operating/property management platform to Urban Renaissance Group (URG), refocusing on the firm’s investment and development activities with several multi-family and mixed-use office projects underway in Portland. The operating platform at the time of sale was comprised of 1.4 million square feet of Class A office properties in Portland, along with leasing, property and construction management. At its peak, the firm’s institutional portfolio topped 3 million square feet of Class A office assets in Seattle, San Francisco, and Portland. We are proud of that legacy.

We have launched a new entity – L&L Investment Partners (L&L) – to reflect the change in our business model. L&L will allow us to attract new investors and partners seeking to capitalize on our proven investment strategy. In June 2017, L&L entered its first investment partnership, a joint programmatic venture (JPV) with Belay Investment Group to invest up to $70 million in Portland area office, multifamily and mixed-use properties. Scott Langley

Scott Langley

Scott Langley is responsible for the overall strategic direction and profitability of the firm and its partnerships. He is President of Langley Investment Properties and Partner of L&L Investment Partners. Prior to founding Langley Investment Properties in 2011, Scott was the President and CEO of its predecessor company, Ashforth Pacific. Scott previously served as Senior Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield responsible for institutional markets and The Boeing Company relationship. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance from University of Oregon.

Anna Langley

Anna Langley

Anna Langley oversees the firm's real estate investment and development activities. She is a Principal of Langley Investment Properties and Partner of L&L Investment Partners. Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Ms. Langley was based in Los Angeles and held positions at Secured Capital, Eastdil Secured, and Jones Lang LaSalle, specializing in real estate debt and equity transactions on a national platform. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Loyola Marymount University.
